We accept Master/Visa or Paypal thru Paypal.

Shipping and handling charges

For US domestic shipping, the shipping and handling fee is $2.00 per necktie. Two or more of any combination neckties in this store will be packed and shipped together by Priority Mail, and the shipping charge will be $4.00. After the 2 items, you need to click on the 2nd Paypal button (underneath the first paypal button) which will incur no additional shipping charge. However, our return policy will not cover any single shipment with two or more neckties.

Shipping package

Shipping package will be in plain box unless the buyer instructs otherwise. Additional cost will be required for other package.

Return policy

14 days money back guarantee. It only applies to order with single necktie shipment, it does not cover shipping and handling charges. It will not cover two or more neckties shipment. All returned items must be sent within 14 days after you received the necktie, with all original tags and original condition. Send to us via regular US Airmail postage, certified preferred. Our P.O. Box will not accept courier drop offs. (ex. Fed-Ex) and let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund. Please include a copy of your shipping notification email or your packing slip inside for proper processing.

Domestic Shipping Notes

All parcels will be shipped within 3 business days after the orders confirmed and paid.

Typical delivery time for US domestic orders to a United States address is 2-8 business days depending on which state. Priority Mail delivery time is 2-3 business days.
