International Shipping Policy

Countries

Currently, we ONLY ship to the following countries: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Denmark, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Greenland, Iceland.

Payment method

We accept Master/Visa or Paypal thru Paypal.

Shipping Charges

For international orders, only ONE necktie is allowed per package because of the custom clearance issue. The shipping cost is $4.00.

Custom taxes

International shipping charges do NOT include country specific custom taxes, duties, and/or broker fees. The international customers must pay those fees directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.

Shipping Address

For international shipping, we don't accept any PO Box address, and we won't ship to it.

Shipping package

Shipping package will be in plain box unless the buyer instructs otherwise. Additional cost will be required for other package.

Return policy

14 days money back guarantee. It only applies to order with single necktie shipment, it does not cover shipping and handling charges.All returned items must be sent within 14 days after you received, with all original tags and original condition. Send to us via regular Airmail postage. Our P.O. Box will not accept courier drop offs. (ex. Fed-Ex) and let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund. Please include a copy of your shipping notification email or your packing slip inside for proper processing. For international order, all returned items must note on the package clearly "RETURN TO UNITED STATES SELLER". Please also include a copy of your shipping notification email or your packing slip inside for proper processing.

International Shipping Notes

All parcels will be shipped within 3 business days after the orders confirmed and paid.

Typical delivery time for international orders is 4-10 business days. Further delay may be incurred due to custom clearance at the destination country.

The international customers are fully aware that we sell the neckties to individuals and for their personal uses only, certainly not for commercial reselling purpose.

International customers should check with their government custom departments or post offices and be aware that there may be custom taxes, duties and specific requirements to receive the orders.
